Returns & Exchanges
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or defective, we kindly ask that you send us photos of the issue before returning the item. Please send us an email fixativeclothingco@gmail.com.
Once we have received and reviewed your returns/exchange request, we will get back to you with further instructions.
When returning, the product must be in its original packaging and unworn condition for further review. Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase.
Once we receive and confirm the issue, you can choose from the following options:
- A refund in the form of a coupon for the full order value, to be used on our website.
- A full refund via your original payment method.
Size Exchanges:
We offer free exchanges for a different size within 14 days, provided the product is in unworn condition and passes a quality check when we receive it. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
