Standard Delivery: Royal Mail tracked 48hr - £3.95 - £4.95

Delivery Costs will be calculated at checkout based on order weight.

Please note that delivery time is from dispatch date.

Orders to the British Isles may take longer and will be charged at International shipping rates.

Europe:

Royal Mail International Tracked - estimated to be delivered in 3-5 working days (from dispatch date) unless stated otherwise.

These are estimates and circumstances mean that shipping times can vary. Once shipped, international orders are out of our control and can often be delayed at customs. We'd recommend checking your countries import and tax duties (customs) as Fixative Clothing Co. can NOT be held responsible for any fees that may be incurred for goods being imported to other countries. ​

Returns:

In the unlikely case that a product is found to be damaged or defective, we will ask you to return the product. But first we would like to review some photos of the damaged product. When returning a damaged product, it must be sent in the original packaging and in unworn condition for further review. We must receive the item/s back within 10 days of purchase. Any issues that are found and confirmed when we receive it will be dealt with in one of the following ways:

1. We can offer a refund in the form of a coupon to be spent on our website for another time (full order value).

2. We can issue you a full refund via the original payment method.
