• Free UK shipping on orders over £50
• Shipping is £3.99 on all other UK Mainland orders (Royal Mail Tracked 48hr).
• Estimated delivery: 2 working days from the dispatch date (processing time not included).
• British Isles: Shipping calculated at checkout. Delivery may take longer.

Europe

• Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed with estimated delivery in 3-5 working days (from dispatch date, processing time not included).
• Shipping costs shown at checkout before you place your order.

Rest of the World

• Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed with estimated delivery in 5-7 working days (from dispatch date, processing time not included).
• Shipping costs shown at checkout before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or defective, we kindly ask that you send us photos of the issue before returning the item. Please send us an email fixativeclothingco@gmail.com.

Once we have received and reviewed your returns/exchange request, we will get back to you with further instructions. 

When returning, the product must be in its original packaging and unworn condition for further review. Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase.

Once we receive and confirm the issue, you can choose from the following options:

1. A refund in the form of a coupon for the full order value, to be used on our website.
2. A full refund via your original payment method.

Size Exchanges:
We offer free exchanges for a different size within 14 days, provided the product is in unworn condition and passes a quality check when we receive it. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Please note: All other sales are final—no returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase is made.
